Where is Castlewood Located in relation to Dingle Town?
We are located on the Milltown, or Slea Head Drive side of the town, approx 6 minutes walk from the first pubs and restaurants by Dingle Marina. Location wise the house faces the water and there are no other buildings on the other side.

How long will it take to walk to the nearest pub or restaurant?
It will take approx 6 - 8 minutes to the first pub and restaurant.

Is there a footpath and street lighting?
The walk to the Marina are of the town from Castlewood has a footpath and there is street lighting.

Is there a car park?
We offer free parking to our residents in our private car park.

Is there an elevator?
The property is built to offer the maximum amount of rooms bay views and there is elevator access.

What time can we check-in?
Check–in is anytime after 2.00pm.

What time must we vacate our room?
We request that guests check out before 12 noon.

Do we allow smoking in bedrooms?
All areas in Castlewood House are non smoking.

Are hairdryers available in bedrooms?
Each bedroom is equipped with a hairdryer which is located in the dressing table drawer.

Are jacuzzi baths only available in the suites?
Every room in Castlewood has a Jacuzzi bath and a separate power shower.

What TV channels are available?
We offer BBC1, BBC2, RTE1,RTE2, CNN and Sky news. Each bedroom is also equipped with a DVD player so please feel free to bring your own favourite CD’s or DVD’s. We also have a range of DVD’s which we would be happy to share with you.

Can we access the internet while we are staying with you?
We offer WIFI internet access free to our guests.

What is the cancellation policy?
We require seven days notice in advance of arrival on all cancellations. If a booking is cancelled within seven days the first night’s stay will be charged unless the room is resold.
