We were thrilled and deeply honoured to be featured in this year’s TripAdvisor Awards.
We came first in the Best Small Hotel in Ireland category. This is enormous testament to our commitment here at Castlewood House, especially given the huge competition with other establishments.
Being awarded No 1 in Ireland for Service, beating even five star hotels, is a vote of confidence for our staff, and a great achievement for everyone here.
Having achieved No 1 in Ireland in the Best Bargain Category, we were really happy, as this shows that our guest’s perception, is that, we are a providing a great product and service, at a great price. In this economic climate everyone wants value for money!
We were honoured to be the only hotel in Ireland to feature in the Top 25 Small Hotels and Best Bargain Group, for which we are humbled and grateful.
At the Irish Hospitality Awards in November ’15, held in the Merrion Hotel in Dublin, we were over the moon to win the Best Value Hotel Category .
All in all a great achievement for our staff, but thanks must go to all our loyal guests who made it possible.
