Pre Registration Form

This form is to be used for the pre-registration of all guests prior to staying at our property.

The data in this form is a Government requirement for all guests, as a precautionary measure in the event of contact tracing having to be carried out.

Guests will not be asked to register on arrival; therefore the completion of this form is essential.

The form is in 3 parts:
1. The details of your stay
2. The details in full of the Primary Guest (must be completed)
Basic details for the Second Guest (must be completed)
3. Basic details of third and fourth guests (must be completed, if included in the Primary Guest’s reservation)

You will also be asked to confirm that you have read our privacy policy and there is an option to opt-in to our mailing list if you wish us to keep in touch with you.
